This vintage bias-cut chiffon skirt is SO Carrie Bradshaw. There are a million ways to style it and I love that it's truly seasonless, and will look good with a tiny top in the summer, and amazing layered with tights, knits, boots, etc. in the fall and winter. One of my favorite details is the lingerie-inspired picot waistband. The bias-cut chiffon is so flattering and really hugs the curves, fluttering out at the hem. It has natural stretch, and can be worn low-rise or higher on the waist, depending on the outfit. The fiber contents are not listed, feels like a silk-blend. It's fully lined as the chiffon is sheer.
